RESERVATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
- To secure a reservation full payment is made at the time of booking unless an arrangement has been made with management.
- All cancellations must be sent in by email or letter and will be acknowledged by Casa La Vina who will send a confirmation of the cancellation.
- Cancelling outside (and inclusive of) 29 days of the arrival date 100% refund to the client.
- Cancelling outside (and inclusive of) 28-15 days of the arrival date 50% refund to the client.
- Cancelling outside (and inclusive of) 14 days of arrival date, NO REFUND will apply to the client if accommodation is not re-let.
- Please Note: $50.00 administration fee applies to any cancellation.
- 2 night weekend booking may consist of FRI/SAT or SAT/SUN.
- Christmas, boxing day, new years and all public holidays must consist of a 2 night booking.
- Guests will be liable for any breakage or damages to the property during the guest booking period and all cost of repair and replacement will be paid for.
- All indoor areas are non-smoking.
- We regret outside visitors are not permitted unless arrangements have been made with management.
- No pets allowed.
- Casa La Vina will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damages of any personal belongings of the guest during their stay.
